Aloft staff are professional in their attitude and all problems or requests are taken care of by efficient front desk staff within a few minutes. All staff display a great attitude towards their jobs and are very friendly.
Rooms are not very well insulated against noise from outside which includes noise from the often busy main thoroughfare located a short distance from the hotel and noises from guests moving through hallways or in and out of adjoining rooms.
The hotel does not offer any type of free breakfast, continental or otherwise. The trendy snack bar does offer breakfast-type items but these are priced separately from any other room or hotel fees. Snack items are also somewhat limited in range.
