Guests loved all of the additional extras in their room, like the heated towel rails. The kitchenettes were well appointed and everything worked very well. There is even an electric blanket provided for guests who are not used to the cold in the winter time.

It Pays to Ask
Some guests were disappointed when they were placed in the portion of the hotel that was still awaiting renovation. The furnishings were outdated and there were stains on the carpeting. Those who stayed there recommend others make sure to ask for rooms in the new wing of the hotel.

Shuttles May Require a Wait
Guests state that they love the shuttle service that is offered to and from the airport, but that very often they were made to wait more than 35 minutes for the shuttle to pick them up. If it is not timed correctly, some stated, you could miss your flight waiting for the shuttle. Guests suggest that they add more shuttles to their fleet so that multiple vans could be in motion at a time.

If you typically wait until the last minute to depart, you might want to think again at this hotel. Check out procedures are atypically slow and unpredictable. Many guests attributed this to a computer update or upgrade that they are currently experiencing.
