Guests found the hotel’s location on the Victoria Parade to be very convenient. You will find that you can easily get around on foot or via public transport, which is also easily accessible from the hotel. Getting to the Melbourne city centre takes only ten minutes. In addition, there are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores nearby. If you’re staying with your pooch, you’ll appreciate having plenty of places to walk your dog, or go for a stroll yourself. Guests recommend the Fitzroy Gardens.

The hotel provides clean, comfortable, and safe accommodations, with plenty of room available for even a large family to feel comfortable. Guests especially loved having a well-equipped kitchen in their apartment, as well as the hotel’s pet-friendly policy.

The staff are reported to be extremely helpful and accommodating. Guests say the front desk staff is quite knowledgeable about the area and can provide you will all the necessary information, make various travel arrangements, and give local recommendations.

Being conveniently located to the Victoria Parade comes at a price of some traffic noise. Guests warn light sleepers about the busy road, and recommend asking for a room away from the road. Earplugs area also always a good idea.

There is parking onsite but the number of spots is limited and cost a small fee. Guests highly recommend booking a parking place ahead of time, or forgoing a car altogether. In addition, there is limited one-hour street parking available around the hotel.

The balconies are reported to be small. Guests were a bit disappointed that they look less inviting in real life than in the photos.
