A prime location for sightseers...
Guests rave about the apartment building's location, which is very close to the Old Town Square and surrounded by cafes, bars, and restaurants. The famous Charles Bridge leading to the castle is 5-10 minutes away on foot. Wenceslas Square and the shopping district are also within a comfortable walking distance, though there are metro and tram stops nearby as well.

A charming home away from home...
The recently renovated apartments are widely described as spacious, sparkling clean, and tastefully decorated. Guests appreciate thoughtful touches such as lavender bath salts by the tub and sachets on the pillows. Many enjoy a good night's sleep in the comfortable beds, and find the kitchens well equipped for light cooking, too.
positive:
Exceptionally kind and friendly staff...
Guests often comment on the personable and professional reception staff, noting that they are knowledgeable about the city and happy to answer questions. Travellers appreciate being shown to their rooms, and the thank you notes on the refrigerator attached with a souvenir magnet are a gracious touch, too.
Negative Reviews
negative:
An uphill climb...
Guests are quick to warn their fellow travellers that there is no lift on the property, and some rooms are three floors up a fairly narrow staircase.
negative:
A little night music...
Light sleepers find that the complimentary ear plugs sometimes come in handy due to the hotel's location near some popular night clubs, but many find that closing the windows and running the fan does the trick.
negative:
Nobody's perfect...
Though the apartments and staff generally receive very positive reviews, guests are occasionally let down by housekeeping oversights or misunderstandings at the front desk.
