Positive Reviews
positive:
Superb character setting
Guests fall in love with the wonderful architecture and charm of this listed building - seduced by the vaulted, painted ceilings and immense windows. On a more practical level, however, they appreciate equally the spacious layout, mod cons and double glazed windows.
positive:
Perfect location near old town
You couldn't wish for a nicer location. You are in a charming spot, right in the heart of the old town with all of Prague's top attractions within easy reach including The Old Town Square and Charles Bridge, not to mention a metro station. To cap it all off, you can taste some local beers in the brewery next door!
positive:
Delicious delivered breakfast
Guests are amazed at the quality of the breakfasts that are delivered to their rooms for what is really a negligible price. They are very tasty and offer amazing value.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Noisy beer garden next door
Having a brewery next door has its drawbacks. It appears to be a stop off in a major pub crawl and attract hoards of groups and people singing and shouting at all hours. Whilst guests claim that the double glazing and thick walls shuts out most exterior noise, if you are in the middle of summer, you might be faced with an unenviable choice. Either you have your windows open with the inevitable noise or you can opt for a quiet yet hot night - as there is no air-conditioning.
negative:
No lift
If you are in one of the higher-level apartments, you may be more insulated from the noise, but will have to contend with many stairs. Remember this is a listed building and many guests will remind you that there is no lift!
negative:
Difficult to find
Getting to the residence can be quite tricky in the car - even for taxi drivers.
