Travelers state that the employees of the hotel really keep the place running smoothly. In addition to being very welcoming and friendly, visitors say the staff is quite helpful as well.

The beds at the property are very soft according to guests who say that going to sleep at night was made easy thanks to the soft mattresses and quality bedding. Each accommodation features a pillow top mattress and premium bedding.

The property is situated right off the freeway which makes it quick to travel into downtown Tacoma, Seattle and Olympia. Visitors point out that the hotel's location offers easy access to the area's key roads and highways.

The overall state of the property is a bit worn down according to numerous guests who claim that some of the decor and furnishings appear to be older and heavily used. A couple of visitors also noticed that the carpets look somewhat outdated as well.

Several visitors state the hotel has a rather unpleasant odor that can be found in the hallways as well as some of the accommodations. Some travelers say the smell was a mix of odors that included cigarette smoke and a deodorizer.
