    The hotel's location is smack dab in the middle of downtown Sacramento giving you easy access to the city's famous old town area as well as the state capitol and several other state and city offices.

    Visitors point out that the rooms were very comfortable in many different aspects. The beds and pillows were soft while the space and cleanliness of the rooms offer one less thing for you to stress about.

    Guests say the staff at the hotel does a great job handling your needs in a timely manner. The front desk staff is quick and efficient while the cleaning staff ensures rooms are clean.

    Bring the noise

    Guests say the noise at the hotel came from many different areas and could be heard clearly in the rooms. The sounds came from other rooms, the hallways and the nearby freeway and streets. This was especially noticeable during the night when you are trying to sleep.

    While Sacramento can get hot in the summer, guests say the pool area isn't really worth visiting no matter how hot it is outside. The pool is on the small side and visitors add the area isn't looked after particularly well.
