Guest after guest reported that they found the beds to be exceptionally comfortable. In some cases even more comfortable than their bed at home. Taking into account the lack of complaints, it is reasonable to conclude that the hotel has managed to select a mattress with truly broad appeal.

Guests really liked the location of the hotel, the main reason being the proximity of the highway. They found that this made for very easy travel in the region, since they didn’t have to contend with busy city streets before speeding along the highway to their destination.

Coffee lovers loved that they could get their morning, or any other time, fix of coffee right at the onsite Starbucks. They found this very convenient.

Guests really did not think very highly of the onsite restaurant. They said the food was usually mediocre, and at best “OK”, but what really upset them were that the prices were really high. They felt that neither the food nor the setting justified those prices.

There were a surprising number of complaints concerning the hot tub. They were fairly varied, but the most common ones were that it did not possess one of the key requirement of a hot tub, that of being hot and that the seating areas were very rough.

A bit too many guests for comfort reported problems with room allocations. They had booked a room of a certain type, only to be told on check in that no more rooms of that type were available. They wondered out loud what the point of the reservation was if the hotel was just going to give away the room for operational reasons.
