Negative Reviews
negative:
It can be expensive
Like most of the hotels in the area, the rates can sometimes increase with seasonal tourism and special events, and as such their prices are occasionally higher than is "typical" for a Holiday Inn Express. Some guests accordingly suffered from "sticker shock", and felt that their experience was out of line with the price they paid.
negative:
The walls are thin
There were quite a few complaints about the lack of soundproofing. Guests said that they were kept up at night or woken far to early in the morning by the sounds of traffic, by the conversation and TV in the neighboring rooms, and by doors slamming.
negative:
The parking lot is small
A few guests who stayed at times when the hotel was very busy reported having serious trouble finding a parking space. They did not feel like the parking lot had the proper number of spaces, given the size of the hotel.
