This hotel is approximately a mile from the Buffalo International Airport. People flying out enjoyed the paid extended parking, particularly since the hotel also offers a shuttle service. Others enjoyed the area shuttle, which takes visitors within a five-mile radius of the hotel.

The majority of visitors enjoyed the breakfast that's offered here at the hotel. Others commented that when catching an early flight they were happy to see that the hotel offered them a breakfast to go so they were still able eat something prior to their journey.

While they do offer an Express Start breakfast buffet in the morning, for other meals throughout the day you need to try to find a location. This can be problematic, so some guests mentioned that having on-site restaurant or lounge that serves snacks will be quite helpful to visitors.

Most visitors mentioned that noise wasn't a factor. However, some visitors stated they were able to hear their neighbors in the hallway or planes taking off in the early morning. For the majority of guests though, sound wasn’t an issue here.
