Whether it was the front desk, the barkeep or the restaurant servers, the majority of guests here had a pleasant experience. They found them to be quite welcoming and professional when handling visitors and answering questions.

Guests who wanted to stay in Buffalo mentioned they enjoyed this location because it's close to practically everything in downtown. It's also not far from other attractions, like Niagara Falls.

Some guests remarked that they wished there was more amenities included in their stay. In particular, they mentioned that breakfast and parking are both paid items. Some visitors remarked that making these free would be a nice touch, although, for most guests, paying extra wasn't an issue.
