Holiday Inn Express Boston - Saugus, an IHG hotel (Revere, USA)

Several guests mentioned that they really enjoyed this hotel because it fulfilled all of their basic needs without anything that's too over-the-top. Guests mentioned that the rooms are comfortable, relatively clean and offered appreciated amenities such as kitchen appliances.

Many guests mentioned that the airport is approximately 20 minutes away. For them, it was perfect because it wasn't too close or too far away. It provided enough distance so noise wasn't a huge factor while still being close enough to arrive on time.

Several guests mentioned that they enjoyed what was offered for breakfast each morning. Not only was it tasty but there was a variety of food options. Other travelers mentioned that the to-go bag was greatly appreciated for those who had flights and were unable to stay during the breakfast service.

Some visitors mentioned that some of the accommodations smelled of cigarettes smoke. Others commented that they found dirty pillowcases and unclean waste cans. Overall, most visitors didn't have an issue with the level of cleanliness here.

A few visitors using the hotel airport shuttle service mentioned that they had longer than expected wait times. The majority of guests though used the shuttle didn't seem to have too many issues though and actually seemed grateful for the amenity.
