Perfect for the business traveler
This hotel really caters to the business travelers and their needs. The hotel is close to the interstate and located in a business district which is also a quiet area, rather than busy city streets and traffic. It is close to restaurants, groceries, shops, and gas. Plus, the strong WiFi signal can be counted on.

A few little extras
The hotel has a few little extra amenities that make for a more pleasant stay. There is an exercise room and ample free parking, which is unusual in Atlanta. The Manager's Reception is a nice touch and offers free wine and snacks as a "thank you" to guests.
positive:
It's a comfortable stay
For a budget choice, this is a standard hotel stay and provides that level of comfort. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Many units have been remodeled and make for a nicer stay. The customer service is both pleasant and helpful.

Needs remodeled all over
Not all areas of the building or units have been remodeled and those areas look their age. Some rooms have chipped and broken features and fixtures. Rooms have water stains on the ceiling and walls and the carpet is worn.
negative:
Nothing special here
This is a standard budget stay. There are no extra amenities, just typical chain fare. The breakfast is exactly like all the other chain offerings. The gym is small with few exercise machines. There is nothing special to make this choice stand out from the competition nearby.
negative:
No extra effort
It is clear the employees here are doing their jobs, but not much more. While they are not rude, they certainly don't hand out southern hospitality. When issues are brought to their attention, they make note of it but don't really make an effort to solve problems. Requests are seldom granted and apologies infrequently given for issues.
