Some guests are pleasantly surprised with the hotel and say it's a good value. Rooms are large and some offer beautiful views. The furniture isn't new but it's sturdy, in a Southwestern-style. Some rooms have private patios and guests say the place feels more like a condo-complex than hotel.

Guests say the hotel has seen better days. There are reports of broken windows, overgrown weeds on the walkway, and exterior areas in disrepair. Guests say the place could use a handyman and some TLC and that it appears a bit neglected.
