Negative Reviews
negative:
Itchy Eyes!
The hotel's relaxed policy towards guests with pets, specifically dogs, has caused minor discomfort for some allergic guests who notice traces of pet-friendliness in rooms. They suggested these rooms might be better kept solely for guests with furry companions, to avoid sniffling guests, or worse.
negative:
Job Dissatisfaction
Although many travellers had a positive encounter with staff, quite a few still had reason to gripe about the level of service provided by the team at this resort. Staffs' attitude and lack of enthusiasm towards their work tasks and also towards guests is a returning theme.
negative:
Luke-Warm
The standard of breakfast is a common thread in guest reviews. Travellers found it high on price and comparatively low in quality. Hot food and drinks served cold, bland tasting dishes and staff mixing-up and forgetting guests' orders and are also mentioned.
