More Pampering Please
Some travelers would have liked their room to be serviced more frequently during their stay. Guests were a little inconvenienced by having to call reception for tea and coffee replenishments, clean towels and other items. Having to call several times to ask for the same thing also got a few guests' backs up.
negative:
Basic Bathrooms
Occasionally during peak times, guests have reported hotel-wide, warm-water shortages preventing them from showering or bathing. Unpleasant smells from drainage issues was another recurring comment. Travelers expect a luxurious bathroom environment in a resort of this standard.
negative:
Morning Moan
Some guests were a little disappointed with breakfast. Food not being hot enough, bland tasting dishes, items not being replenished and cooked items looking less than attractive are returning themes. Room service waiting times also irked a few guests who also felt the standard was lower than the restaurant.
