Away from Whistler Village
A number of guests have complained about the location of this hostel. The property isn't in Whistler Village, but it instead about a 10 minute drive down the road. Guests found this inconvenient, as they were forced to take public transit or drive whenever they wished to head into the actual village.

There have been complaints about breakfast not being included in the price of the room at this property. Guests felt as though including breakfast would have been a nice touch and would have saved them some money.

Numerous guests have complained that the hostel doesn't offer air conditioning in the rooms. Although this isn't an issue during the winter, it does get hot at time in Whistler during the summer, making the rooms extremely uncomfortable.
