Quality Inn Niagara Falls is perfectly situated for guests to explore all areas of interest in Niagara Falls, including the Falls themselves, with relative ease. Guests can utilise the hotel's shuttle bus service or walk to the majority of Niagara Falls' attractions, such as the Outlet Mall which is home to a huge selection of shops, or to one of the many restaurants in the area from which guest will have a large selection of cuisines to chose from.

The rooms are well-sized, providing adequate space for guests to groups or families to cohabitate comfortably. The beds are also well-sized and very comfortable, with fresh, clean bedding and plush pillows that will all contribute towards a sound night's sleep.

The staff are extremely friendly and personable, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere in which guests will feel comfortable upon arrival. They are efficient and prompt in dealing with guests' requests, whether they be a question about the hotel itself or the area surrounding the hotel.

Guests felt that the hotel's walls were very thin as they could hear noise being generated from their neighbours and other guests and staff in the hallways. Guests could hear sounds from above them as well, from guests in the room above, and some guests even complained of being able to hear sound from the lobby.

The décor and furnishings are somewhat dated and guests felt that the hotel was in need of a more contemporary look, or a modern makeover.

The carpet is stained and guests felt that it would benefit from a deep clean.
