For those travelling on a tight budget, this motel is perfect for what you are looking for and what you are willing to pay. Previous guests recommended this if you just need a clean and comfortable room to sleep at.

Considering the low-priced accommodation, the spotless and crystal clear pool is a nice treat to most guests. Near the pool area are outdoor tables where guests can eat breakfast or can just sit back and relax.

The best thing about this motel according to previous guests is its location and close proximity to Niagara Falls, Buckhorn Island State Park, and many other establishments. In addition, there are plenty of restaurants and outlet stores nearby.

Guests were disappointed with the overall look of the rooms, as it was too small with nothing but bed and television on it. There was even no place to put your belongings except on the bed or the floor.

The breakfast included in the room rates is plain ordinary. It is complimentary but guests think it could be improved. The usual breakfast is composed only of reheated donuts, muffins and cinnamon rolls with hot coffee or tea.

According to previous guests, the bath towels were small and worn out. The shower curtains that had stains were not in the holder and curtains on bathroom windows were covered with mould. Moreover, the dry wall by the sink was rough and unpainted. The worst part, guests could not take a proper shower due to lack of water pressure.
