The location of Cedars Ocean View Inn is spot on. It is really close to Long Beach and has great access to the boardwalk. It's right next to the famous arch as well, and within easy walking distance of downtown, where there are plenty of places to eat and shop.
Not only are guestrooms well appointed and with a decent level of cleanliness, but the mattresses are comfortable as well. The comforter and pillows are good too. On top of that, most of the rooms have a view of the ocean.
The management and staff at this hotel are lovely. They will go went out of their way to help you out and are always keen to make sure you are having the best time possible. They can also give you lots of useful information about the local area.
The Wi-Fi at Cedars Ocean View Inn is pretty average. The connectivity isn't amazing and it's incredibly slow at times. If you have to do anything important online, it can be really frustrating.
The breakfast at this hotel isn't the best. There isn't a very large selection, with a serious lack of fresh fruit. What's more, the area in which breakfast is served is really small, with limited seating available.
