It's very welcoming.
The staff at Kings Head are very friendly and will greet you in a warm manner when you arrive. They will continue to be pleasant and attentive throughout your stay and simply can't do enough for you. You'll feel like a very important guest.

The hotel couldn't be more central in the town. It is literally right on the square, meaning that everything is on your doorstep. Also, you'll be well placed to head further afield. Getting to Poole, Bournemouth or Southampton is really easy.

A sense of history is maintained by the fact that the interior is adorned with old photographs detailing its history. The décor is good too, with large windows and elegant furnishings. Guestrooms are comfy and clean as well, with large, comfortable beds.

Guestrooms at Kings Head tend to get very warm and there is no air conditioning to speak of. This means that to cool down you'll need to open the window. While this will lower the temperature, it raises the chances of your room being visited by local pige

The floorboards in this old building are astonishingly creaky. On top of this, you'll likely hear the church bells, which continue through the night. If, because of the heat, you are sleeping with the window open, the traffic noise will affect you too and
