The service at the Harts Head Inn, at least according to the overall opinion of former guests, is close to flawless. All of the staff members at the inn were characteristically labelled as being really friendly, attentive and helpful.

The location of the inn was regularly seen as one of its best features. Previous visitors have noted that the accommodation is situated in an attractive village, while the town of Settle is approximately just ten minutes away on foot.
