For most guests, the breakfast was a good way to start their day. Even though they had to eat in another place, they thought the variety and taste were good for them. The breakfast buffet had plenty of items to be called a buffet.

Most guests had something positive to say about their rooms, whether it was the spaciousness and/or the romantic, classy feel to them, or the great views of the canal. Most guests were happy to stay in their accommodations.
The hotel is set in central Venice and within walking distance of most of the major attractions the city has to offer, including St. Mark's Square and the Bridge of Sighs. Many vaporetto stops are also nearby, along with the main train station. There are also many restaurants and bars to choose from.
There were some guests who were surprised to find out their rooms were not actually located in the main building but rather in another separate locations. They found this to be too dark, old and not really nice.
Some guests would have enjoyed to have a reliable and fast Internet connection, but instead found the Wi-Fi was anything but these two things. Some would have liked to have known the Internet was not good.
Some guests thought there would be an elevator only to find out there was none. Some found it difficult to go upstairs with their luggage and would have liked to know there was no lift. The hotel advertises it does.
