A number people thought that the location of the hotel was perfect. It's near shopping, such as Fairlane Mall, or attractions like Greenfield Village and Henry Ford Museum. It's also not far from restaurants, bakeries and other places where you can find food and drink.

The majority of visitors really enjoyed the breakfast that's offered. The price is right (free) and it contains a variation of hot and cold items so there's usually a little bit of something for everyone.

For people traveling to Greenfield Village and/or the Henry Ford Museum, they love the free shuttle service that took them to and from the hotel. They found it rather convenient.

Some guests remarked that it can be rather noisy here. Since the hotel is near a lot of family centric activities, you may encounter quite a few children at this location, which adds to the noise factor for some people.

A few guests remarked they had trouble with bathtubs drains. Some tubs didn't drain very well while other tubs had stoppers that didn't work. A few guests also remarked that the sink is in a very odd location. It's outside of the bathroom and near the guestroom entrance, so don't be shocked when you walk in and see it there.

While most people didn't have an issue, some people said that the rooms can have strange odors. Some smell like mildew while others smell like smoke, according to guests. So it may just depend on the room that you're given.
