The ground floor condo's at Chetola Mountain Resort unfortunately are recipient to a lot of noise from their upstairs neighbors. Another negative would be that these rooms don't have much of a view from the beautiful surrounds.

During peak season it is essential for guests to double check their reservations prior to their arrival to ensure that their space hasn't been double booked. Unfortunately, human error plays a part, and mistakes do happen.

At the onsite restaurant, if guests are going to be dining there, it is highly important for them to book a table, for breakfast and dinner. Then the hotel is busy, likewise is the restaurant, and guests can be left disappointed if there is no place for them.
