The people that work at this hotel have gone through some wonderful staff training as all are extremely polite and very helpful. They all know how to take care of their guests and will do anything they can to help you enjoy your stay.

The rooms are very tastefully decorated and feature lots of nice furniture, but they are just too small for a single traveller or a couple. The triple and quad rooms are much more spacious which seem a little unfair to the lone guest.

The fact that this hotel has no air con has upset a number of guests who feel that it is sometimes stiflingly hot. Other guests have also complained that because there is no access to in-room heating controls, the room can also get a bit chilly in winter.

Having to pay for Wi-Fi in a London hotel of this stature is a little annoying given that you are already paying a premium rate for the lovely location of the hotel. It’s also a bit expensive for 24-hour access.
