Kevock Vale Park is a quaint, quirky and quiet holiday retirement park on the North Esk river, in the village of Lasswade, near Edinburgh. Children and pets are welcome. Our self-catering riverside lodges and luxury garden pod are open all year round. Our newly refurbished Thetford Lodge has a hot tub. It's the perfect location for people who want to relax and have lots to see and do on the doorstep. It's a great base for exploring Edinburgh, the Lothians, Fife and the Scottish Borders. Our Thetford Riverside Lodge accommodates 6 adults.. Outside it has terraced decks and garden with hot tub and river access. It is available for minimum stays of 2 nights. This lodge can be hired with or without use of the hot tub. Our Esk Lodge accommodates four adults. It has a fully equipped kitchen for self-catering and a 4 seat dining area in the lounge. Outside, overlooking the river there is another 4 seat dining area on the deck with a gas barbecue on the patio. Our luxury pod also accommodates up to four adults. It has a kitchenette for self-catering and a shower room with toilet and basin. Guests are welcome to fish the river which can be easily accessed at the other end of the park. The Wee Village Shop is on the park and a short walk into the village you will find three very popular restaurants and bars. From the village, you can catch the 31 and 40 buses which will take you to Edinburgh, Rosslyn Chapel and Borders railway.
