Entire House / Apartment Guanarama (Puerto del Carmen, Spain)

This was by far the thing that guests most appreciated about Guanarama. The location is described as just steps from the beach, which was after all what they had come to Lanzarote for. Divers were especially keen on the location as it was near some good dive sites.

While there was certainly no shortage of complaints about the apartments, several guests, on reflection, still considered them good value. They reasoned that they had paid a fairly low room-rate for a basic apartment and were happy that they were so close to the beach.

A large number of guests report that they were very pleasantly surprised by the size of the apartments. They felt that they had more than enough space for the number in their party.

This was by far the most common, and also most serious, complaint. A very large numbers of guests said that the apartments were exceptionally basic, and contained just the bare essentials, if that. Many said, for example that the kitchens had neither a microwave oven nor a regular oven.

While guests said there were some English language stations, and dubbed programs, the selection was described as woeful. Those with children, especially, would really have appreciated a few more English options to keep them entertained.

Unfortunately a very large number of guests reported seeing cockroaches scurrying across the floors in their apartments. Some where so upset they needed to move, and others took it more in their stride, but of course none were happy or impressed.
