The panoramic terrace from the restaurant was a great way for guests to take in the city views. It was a panoramic setting where guests were able to enjoy the views while having something to drink or eat. It was especially romantic in an evening setting.
The breakfast was a good strong point of the hotel. There were a variety of items available for them to choose from and the quality was good. There were plenty of Asian and Western breakfast choices available in the dining area.
Guests were not able to get a great night's sleep thanks to the obvious traffic noise heard. The windows and walls did not do much to isolate the noise coming from the outside.
Guests did not understand why the front desk wanted them to pay in full from the beginning before they even had the rooms shown to them. The guests found this odd as it is normal to also pay at check out. They did not like this policy.
Guests felt the hotel could use some renovations to make it look more modern. The decorations were found to be old-fashioned and not contemporary. The various facilities like air conditioning could use some maintainenace. There was a musty and smoke smell in common areas.
