A good location.
The hotel is well positioned in that the airport is conveniently close, yet the property is in a nice, secluded part of the countryside! You'd never know you that were just ten minutes from the airport.

What you want to receive after a long and tiring journey is a happy, warm welcome from the reception staff, which is exactly what you'll get here. Hotel employees are affable and efficient and will do their very best to make sure you enjoy your stay.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Staying up to date is tough.
If you are hoping to go online to check your flight details, then you might have to go to one of the public areas. The Wi-Fi connection in some rooms is non-existent. Also, getting a phone signal can be very tricky.
negative:
Time for an update.
The reception, dining and bar areas at DeSalis Hotel London Stansted are rather old fashioned and tired. They definitely needs some attention. The paint on the walls is peeling off in places.
negative:
The food isn't great.
Meals at the hotel are mediocre and there aren't really any local alternatives.
