Beautiful décor and design
One of the first things guests remarked on was how beautiful the hotel was. They clearly approved of the design selected, and felt that everything was not only well designed and arranged, but also kept in excellent shape by maintenance and housekeeping.

One thing guests mentioned again and again was the showers. They clearly impressed most, and were described as stylish, very roomy, and with the water pressure and shower head to offer a shower like no other.

The overwhelming majority of guests really sang the praises of the housekeeping staff. They reported that they did a simply terrific job keeping both the rooms and public areas of the hotel clean and fresh throughout the duration of their stay.

Pool very small
While guests did appreciate having it available, they nevertheless felt that the pool was too small. To their way of thinking it was more like an oversized hot tub with cool water, rather than a serious pool one might be able to do laps in.

Guests complained that the standard rooms did not have these two amenities as standard features. While a fridge was available on request, this was subject to availability and was a hassle to arrange.

A number of guests mentioned that they could clearly hear the sound of footsteps from the room above theirs. Some blamed the hardwood floors, which they said conducted sound much better than a carpeted floor would have.
