Guests who stayed at the king suites have nothing but say praises. All suites are well equipped with mini-fridge, microwave, safe, wet bar, couch, chair, business table and more. It is a spacious suite, with a separate living room. If you have the budget, upgrading to a suite might be a good decision.

Even though the hotel is often packed with guests, you might be surprised with how noiseless and peaceful the rooms are. Unlike other hotels, there were very few complaints about noise from the hallways and noise from outside the building.

All members of the staff are committed to a high standard of service, and you can see this in every task that they do. They are good at their job, and yet they are friendly and accommodating.

Many guests complained that the pool area is unclean. Some found globs of hair and debris floating on the pool, while the other noted the wrappers of junk foods around the area. Thus, you can call for a staff to clean the facility.

The hotel cannot seem to keep the Internet working. Guests reported that whenever they try to access the web, Internet connection shuts off. Video streaming and uploading photos seem like a difficult task to do.

The chlorine level of the water park may be too high for you and your kids. Moreover, there were times that the splash park of the pool for children are turned off without notice.
