Great Downtown Location
Right on Main Street in the heart of bustling Park City, just a half hour's drive from Salt Lake City, this converted Victorian hotel is a perfect base from which to explore. Walking distance to plenty of shops and dining venues in this quaint, historic old mining town, with easy access to the transit center and three ski resorts. Right above the Ruth Chris restaurant, so you'll enjoy the aroma of steak grilling every evening. You'll enjoy the convenient laundry facilities after hitting the slopes or golf course. Consider the optional parking pass, as parking can be a challenge; however, most find they reach favorite destinations easily on foot.

Nicely-Appointed Units
This historic building has been converted into condo-style units, most of which are very spacious and offer fantastic mountain and golf course views. Claw foot bathtubs, Jacuzzis, brass beds, kitchenettes, separate living areas, washer/dryers and artistic features throughout. It's recommended guests choose rooms facing away from Main Street if possible.

Screaming for a Refurb
Lots of outdated features, but most have overlooked them easily after considering the location.

Heat Wave
Keep your windows open if you want to cool off - the heat won't shut off and the air conditioning is non-existent.

All the Noise, Noise, Noise, Noise
If your unit faces Main Street, bring your earplugs. If the traffic noise doesn't get you, the early morning garbage trucks, late night partiers and nightly sirens (which go off at 10:00 pm to remind the teenagers it's time for curfew..after which many continue to party until the wee hours) will.
