For the most part, the rooms supplied by the accommodation were well-received by former guests. As well as being seen as clean and tidy, the rooms have also been regularly judged as well-equipped with beneficial kitchenettes and air conditioning.

With a position close to major highways and within comfortable walking distance of the large Westfield Chermside shopping centre, the location of the motel fit the needs for most past guests. In addition, Brisbane city centre and Brisbane Airport are both a short drive away.

Arguably the most consistent disadvantage brought up about the accommodation relates to its on-site parking. It has been noted that there is a lack of on-site spaces available, and there have been numerous reports of previous guests having to use on-street parking as a result.

According to the general sentiments of past guests, the free Wi-Fi was typically seen as one of the weaker features supplied by the motel. In particular, the range of the wireless Internet was said to be lacking, as it apparently does not cover most rooms at the property.

In certain areas, the rooms provided by the accommodation have been considered somewhat dated by former visitors. In addition, select rooms – and the en-suite bathrooms in particular – have been described as cramped on occasion.
