Rooms and apartments were cleaned and maintained to a high standard. Guests felt like they received good value for their money, especially when they saw that everything was in working order and that housekeeping was running a tight ship.

Location was another thing that guests really liked about staying here. It was convenient to get to local attractions, and it was especially nice to be able to walk to the beach. Guests could reach the Ginger Factory in under 30 minutes, and most main attractions were within walking distance.

Guests loved the front desk crew, and routinely described staff as helpful and nice. Chances are that you can expect a warm welcome when staying here.

Thanks to the lively backpacker's hostel next door, several guests found themselves wishing that they had brought ear plugs. Soundproofing was also an issue when it came to hearing neighbours next door, and guests were often given no choice but to listen to conversations and sounds coming from down the hall.

It seems that thin mattresses were a common problem, with many guests complaining about an uncomfortable sleep. Hopefully changes have been made, but until then, keep your fingers crossed that you get a good bed.

Guests said that a few improvements would go a long way. A lack of bedside lighting in double rooms was seen as a major oversight, and there wasn't a lot of space to put things in the bathroom. The absence of shelving and clothing storage didn't make guests feel at home either, and many had to live out of their suitcases.
