Candlewood Suites Springfield South, an IHG Hotel (Springfield, USA)

The clean, comfortable and quiet rooms at the hotel have been highly appreciated by the guests. They were spacious, scented and beautifully decorated, featuring extremely comfortable beds with lots of pillows. The peaceful atmosphere of the rooms allowed the guests to have a sound sleep leaving them highly relaxed. The fully-equipped and clean kitchens were loved by the guests.

The hotel provides a convenient access to the James River Expressway, organic supermarket, plenty of shopping areas, umpteen restaurants/bars and other places of interest, allowing the guests to enjoy and entertain themselves throughout their stay.

The entire staff at the hotel has been found to be amazingly friendly and helpful. The staff members helped the guests with everything they needed and worked hard to make them feel comfortable. The hospitable and humble staff provided a pleasant stay for the guests.

Some of the guests did not like the fact that the room cleaning was done only once a week. According to them, the frequency of cleaning rooms by the housekeeping should be increased.

Few guests complained that they found cigarette smoke residue in their rooms and the smoke smell caused a lot of discomfort to them.

Some of the guests were unhappy with the absence of free breakfast and complimentary newspaper at the hotel. They reported, even the cupboard snacks and toiletries were available for purchase.
