Adjacent to a hospital.
Some guests were surprised to find that they had to enter the hotel through the adjoining Ochsner Medical Center and said that they were not made aware of the fact that the hotel is part of the hospital building prior to their arrival. Information on the hotel website was alsodescribed by guests as vague.

There are no restaurants or sightseeing attractions within walking distance of the hotel much to the disappointment of some of the guests. If you are not keen on the idea of driving to the local amenities then you will need to dine on-site.
