The location is perfect for those arriving by train as it just a 15-minute walk away from Central Station. There is a plethora of shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity so you are not confined to your hotel.

The rooms are compact but kept very clean and the bed is extremely comfortable, guests have commented on the great night’s sleep they have had here. Breakfast is available buffet style and there are lots of food items to choose from. The produce used is of a high standard.

The staff here will give you a warm welcome, they are friendly and approachable and will do what they can to ensure that your stay is a good one. They are very knowledgeable of the surrounding area and therefore will be happy to give you directions or recommendations of places to visit. Staff are very professional and demonstrate very good customer service skills.

The guestrooms in this hotel are rather small so if there are two of you with lots of luggage it will feel cramped and claustrophobic.

Some of the bedrooms here do not have a window and this may horrify some guests. When booking your room ensure you are clear about which room type you are booking and whether it had a window or whether it’s an inside room.

The breakfast offering is very popular here and therefore at busy times it can feel hectic and congested. Some guests have struggled to get a table and therefore ended up taking their food back to their room in order to sit down to eat.
