Bed & Breakfast Old City House Inn & Restaurant (St. Augustine, USA)

This charming inn boasts a fantastic location within walking distance of Old St. Augustine Village. Many great restaurants, fun bars, and unique antique shops can be easily reached on foot. Guests say it's pretty to get around and you won't need a car if you're staying around town. The hotel is also convenient to the city's trolley, with a stop right across the street.

Guests were quite impressed with the accommodations provided here. The rooms are cosy, clean, and charming. The individually-done décor and details like stained-glass windows create a memorable stay. Pretty views of Flagler College from some rooms is also a highlight for many guests. The hotel's pet-friendly policy was also appreciated by guests with four-legged friends.

Don't sleep through breakfast. Both beautifully presented and deliciously prepared, this breakfast is often described as “gourmet”, and even features tasty coffee. The onsite restaurant is also worth a visit. In the evenings, make sure to also check out the happy hour with wine and appetisers, which guests describe as a real treat.

Poor soundproofing is a bit of a problem in some rooms, both from internal and external noise. However, it seems to be a bigger issue on the weekend. If you're a light sleeper, guests also suggest shying away from the rooms near the office and restaurant.

There is no elevator onsite. Guests advise to keep this in mind if you're carrying large luggage or have mobility issues.
