5 Third Avenue Guesthouse is located in the garden suburb of Walmer, is the closest of any form of accommodation to Port Elizabeth Airport. We offer B&B and Self-catering accommodation in 8 private rooms, each with own kitchenette and shower ensuite. The accommodation is set back from the road which makes for a quiet oasis close to major amenities. Six of our rooms look out over the pool and braai (barbecue) lapa area.. Please note this is a private property. Right of admission reserved. No visitors allowed. All facilities and amenities are for the sole use of our resident guests only. Also all rooms are non-smoking, but we do have a designated smoking area. We do have house rules. A copy can be mailed to you on request. Please note no we do not accommodate children under the age 10 years old. Airport transfers only between 8am & 8pm. On site parking behind a motorized gate. The price for breakfast is not included in my rate - it will be an additional fee per person. Please enquire about this fee.
