ibis Arras Centre Les Places is an easy-to-locate hotel, with close proximity to many tourist places. As it is located in the heart of Arras, all the main squares, Grand Palace etc. are less than a minute’s walk. The railway station is also within the walking distance.

The professional and multilingual staff is very friendly and polite, making you feel welcome at the hotel. The staff helps with the directions and any minor issues very promptly.

The breakfast at ibis Arras Centre Les Places is very good, with a lot of options available for guests. You may devour a variety of cuisines, as there are many good restaurants, bistros and bars located within walking distance.

Many guests reported that the rooms are small in size at ibis Arras Centre Les Places and good enough for a day or two. The rooms are clean and comfortable but lack tea/coffee making facilities.

Though there is a paid public parking which is safe within walking distance, some guests felt that the hotel should have had an on-site parking. However, it was not really a major problem for the guests.

The shower is over the bath and it is difficult to get in and out of it without any supporting rail. It may be a little risky to step out of bath. Guests felt that having just a shower was enough.
