Positive Reviews
positive:
Good location near many attractions
Guests liked the centrally located hotel, making it easy to explore the city on foot. Ben Than Market and many street food vendors are in close vicinity to the hotel. If you rather use a cab they can be easily found at this location. Guests also loved the shopping opportunities in the neighbourhood.
positive:
Very friendly and helpful staff
Guests enjoyed great customer service here. The front desk staff will help you with directions and recommendations on what to do. Guests described them as professional, friendly and in good command of English.
positive:
Comfortable budget rooms
Guests described the rooms as clean and cosy. The beds are comfortable, and the Wi-Fi works well. You might want to upgrade to a deluxe room instead of a standard, as those rooms received the best reviews. They offer more space and some extra amenities, which were greatly appreciated.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Some rooms are windowless
Guests were surprised to find rooms that do not offer any real windows. They have fake windows installed to give the room the feeling of having a window, but guests most of the time did not really feel this was a good substitute. If you like to have natural daylight, be sure to book a room with a window.
negative:
Air conditioning not the best
Guests felt the air conditioning was sometimes a bit overtaxed at actually getting the temperature comfortable. They also did not like that the air conditioning will stop working when you leave your room, as the room heats up quite fast.
negative:
Noise is possible
Guests had noise issues with neighbouring rooms, remarking that the sound proofing between rooms could be a little bit better. If you are sensitive to noise, just pack a pair of earplugs.
