      The Apartments Are Very Hot in Summer

      Guests all agree that the lack of air conditioning units and ceiling fans in these apartments make them almost unlivable in the summer. Many guests also said that they hesitated to open their balcony doors to circulate more air because of insects and total lack of privacy, since certain units directly face neighbouring buildings.

      Don't Expect Fast Reception Service

      These apartments have no reception desk. Everything is handled by phone. So, if you have some sort of problem, it might take quite a while to fix the situation. Many guests also reported that at least one of the staff members is Chinese and difficult to understand, creating further delays when reporting issues.
