Negative Reviews
negative:
No Elevator.
While Arroyo Pinion houses rooms on both the first and second stories, elevator access is not available. Hotel staff are more-than-eager to assist guests with carrying their luggage, however, those with limited mobility should heed the absence of a lift.
negative:
The Building is Tired.
Some residents who have previously booked their stay with this contemporary hotel have borne complaints over the condition of certain facilities. Creaking floor boards are a common source of malcontent, as well as squeaking faucets and cracked outlet casings. Missing drawer knobs are also among the reported grievances.
negative:
Disruptive Facilities.
Accompanying those aforementioned suggestions for refurbishment, some of the appliances in the rooms have been reported rather dated and loud. If you're a notably light-sleeper, consider packing earplugs, as visitors may find the clanking of worn machines--such as the refridgerator and radiator--to disrupt sleep.
