Guests loved how this property offers an airport shuttle. They specifically appreciated how the service started running early in the morning, which was helpful for early departures. However, be aware that guests noticed the shuttle can get crowded at peak times, so it's a good idea to show up and prepare to board the shuttle well before the time it's scheduled to leave.

When staying here, you should expect the staff to act very welcoming. Also, guests who were not fluent in Polish liked how the staff members were able to speak English well. Regardless of their native tongues, guests also noted the staff was quick to resolve issues.

Guests who were familiar with what's usually offered at Polish buffet breakfasts said the fare offered here was much better than what they thought it would be. Although there is a fee associated with the food, guests often said the price was worth it because the items were filling and very nicely prepared.

Although this hotel is very convenient for air travellers, some guests were a little frustrated that the area was very limited in terms of other amenities. If you want to enjoy nightlife, guests mentioned it'll be necessary to take a bus, and that no social activities are available within walking distance.

There were occasional comments that the mattresses were very hard. Even so, guests were still able to get restful sleep once they adjusted to the feeling of the sleeping surface.

Parts of this property have been renovated, but guests who were staying in the older rooms thought the accommodations were tired. As a result, many recommended trying to get a newer room.
