Negative Reviews
negative:
Close, but still too far?
Despite its central location, those with heavy luggage felt that the journey from the train station to the hotel was too far. Paradoxically, some laden guests also discovered that, for taxi drivers, this short hop was too close for a lift. At the time of writing, there are reports of guests having been denied a ride between the two points.
negative:
Missing amenities
Some felt that this hotel was missing key amenities. First and foremost, many commented that the lack of free in-room Wi-Fi was odd. Visitors also noted that this property lacks an airport pick-up service.
negative:
Odd bathrooms
While the rooms have been refurbished, some felt that the bathrooms needed more attention. Many reported struggling with the handheld shower head and for some, the toilet seat was too small.
