Negative Reviews
negative:
No Free Wi-Fi
Many guests feel that for this expensive of a hotel, the Wi-Fi service should be included in the price for all guests. Instead, they charge a daily rate unless you an IHG (InterContinental Hotels Group) member.
negative:
Breakfast Costs Extra
The buffet breakfast is non included in the rate and is very expensive, especially if you are a light eater. It's better to find a bite to eat off premises.
negative:
Parking is Expensive
As expected in a major city, valet parking is very expensive at this hotel. It's also quite busy with cars and taxis coming and going at the main entrance and it may take a while to get your car.
