White Gold Hotel & Spa (Alanya, Turkey)

White Gold Hotel & Spa's staff treated the guests nicely all the time. There was not a dull moment because they were very cheerful. They even shared their witty and funny jokes. In addition, the animation team was brilliant in putting up the special nights. The performers were competent so the guests enjoyed the shows a lot.

The guests got the highly relaxing vacation they truly deserved. They slept properly because the mattresses were just right.  In addition, the pillows are fluffy and can adapt effectively to the shape of your head.

The housekeepers always outdo themselves. The rooms are immaculately clean, the towels smell fresh, and extras are given before the supply ran out. The cleaners even arranged the towels like swans or hearts. Moreover, the guests did not find any piece of trash under the beds or chairs.

Some of the guests were not highly satisfied with the food. The breakfast was repetitive and the items that were supposed to be warm were served a bit cold. The sauces were a bit watery too, while the vegetables and fruits did not look so fresh.

The guests heard some noise coming from the inside and outside of the building. Some even said that they could hear almost every sound coming from the rooms adjacent to theirs. Thus, you are encouraged to wear earplugs before sleeping.

A few guests said that there were no enough seats at the bar sometimes. They had to wait for the drinks to be served too. The ambience was a bit gloomy. However, the drinks served were so good!
