    Vibrant location

    The hotel is in a vibrant location with many restaurants nearby. It is a short walk to the Ayala Mall and a short drive to Magellan’s Cross. A free shuttle service is also extended to guests going to the mall.

    Exceptional customer service and great restaurant

    The staff is great and the service is exceptional. Right from the chauffeur and the housekeeping to the reception staff make guests feel at home and looked after. Guests love the roof top restaurant and say that it is a lovely place to unwind with a drink enjoying the views. The breakfast buffet has a good choice.

    Rooms are spacious. The air conditioning functions well and keeps the rooms pleasantly cool. The sheets and towels are clean and fresh and guests appreciate that they are changed every day. Toiletries are also replenished daily.

    The size of the swimming pool is rather small and disappointing. Guests say it is only slightly bigger than a wading pool or a bathtub. The pool area is not well maintained either.
