About Wawona Hotel
Hotel Wawona in Yosemite National Park is a picturesque Victorian-era hotel with beautiful views of the surrounding area, and was named a historical landmark in 1987.
Each room in Hotel Wawona is decorated simply and free internet access is provided for guest convenience. Most of the rooms in the hotel open up onto verandas with quaint seating areas so there’s a place to unwind at the end of the day.
The hotel has its own stables and 9-hole golf course, a swimming pool and live music every evening.
The hotel provides a free breakfast buffet that is prepared fresh each morning. Guests can then enjoy lunch and dinner on the terrace or in the main dining room, and during the summer, there’s a barbecue dinner on Saturday nights.
The Pioneer Yosemite History Center is only a 4-minute walk from the hotel, and also nearby is the Mariposa Grove of Giant Sequoias.

positive:
Great food
The onsite restaurant provides wonderful, tasty meals for even the pickiest of eaters, and guests have commented that all their dietary restrictions were catered for, which is rare in a hotel setting.
positive:
Perfect for unwinding
With the lack of televisions in the rooms guests find that they can truly "switch off" and not feel distracted by real life, so they can truly appreciate the beautiful surroundings and activities on offer. Even though Wi-Fi is available, many don't feel the need to use it because they're happy for the peace and quiet.
